This Privacy Policy explains how Dankospark ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ProjectCore mobile application (the "App"). ProjectCore is an enterprise engineering-project execution platform used by organisations to assign work, capture verified work and evidence, manage approvals, and process contractor payments.
ProjectCore is a business tool provided to you by your employer or the organisation that granted you an account. We process your information on behalf of that organisation.
To sign in and use the App, we process the account details issued to you by your organisation: your name, email address, organisation, assigned role, and the permissions granted to you. We use these to authenticate you and to control what you can see and do within your projects.
The App is used to record project execution data. Depending on your role, this may include tasks, work progress, comments, issues, safety records, claims, variation (change) requests, attendance clock-in/out entries, and trip logs. This content is stored against your account and your organisation's projects.
When you capture evidence of work, log an issue, submit a safety record, or attach a photo, the App uses your device camera and/or lets you select existing images. These photos are uploaded to our servers as part of the project record. Captured photos may be stamped ("watermarked") with the date, time, and location at which they were taken, to support the audit trail.
With your permission, the App accesses your device's approximate and precise location. Location is used to:
The App does not track your location continuously in the background — location is read at the moment you perform one of the actions above.
You may attach documents (such as PDFs or images) to projects, tasks, safety files, and claims. These files are uploaded to and stored on our servers as part of the project record.
To operate the service the App communicates with our servers over the internet. Standard technical data (such as request metadata and authentication tokens) is processed to keep you signed in and to secure the service.

You can grant or revoke camera, location, and photo permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features will not work without the relevant permission.
A core principle of ProjectCore is that every payment must be traceable to verified work, supported by evidence, approved through governance, and fully auditable. Much of the data above exists to support that audit trail.
Your work content is visible to authorised users within your organisation and to the other organisations participating in the same project, according to the role-based permissions configured by your administrators. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the service, including cloud hosting and file storage (Microsoft Azure). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Your information is transmitted to and stored on secured servers and cloud storage. We apply technical and organisational measures — including authenticated, permission-controlled access and tenant isolation between organisations — to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Because ProjectCore is a system of record, project data, evidence, and approvals are retained for as long as your organisation requires them for operational, contractual, legal, and audit purposes. Retention is governed by your organisation. If you would like your data reviewed or removed, please contact your organisation's administrator or us at the address below.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Because your account is administered by your organisation, please direct such requests to your organisation's administrator in the first instance, or contact us and we will assist in coordinating with them.
ProjectCore is a workplace tool intended for use by employees and contractors. It is not directed to, or intended for use by, children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by your organisation.
